Workplace Giving

Workplace giving is a proven way for companies to give back, embrace the values of their staff and encourage an engaged workforce and increased brand value while making a huge difference to CREATE’s ability to provide services and programs to young people. 

 
What is workplace giving?

Workplace giving is a simple to set up process wherein employees can opt to make small regular donations from their pre-tax pay. Some companies and organisations may wish to dollar match employee donations to increase the impact of their contributions – or donate in-kind support in alignment with employee giving. 

Workplace giving is an amazing support for CREATE, but also a simple and effective way for employees and businesses to give back – with employees able to receive tax benefits. Employees in companies that engage in workplace giving tend to have better cultures, be more highly engaged and have a lower staff turnover. It is also a great corporate social responsibility opportunity for companies to be engaged in a program to give back to communities.
