If you are a young person aged 15-25 in the ACT, join our CREATE Your Future (CYF) workshop on ‘selfhood’ on Monday, 30 September.
CYF is a life-skills program for young people transitioning from out-of-home care. As a youth program targeted at young people aged 15 to 25, CREATE Your Future provides valuable skills and knowledge to effectively transition from care into adulthood.
