CREATE Your Future | ACT

CREATE Your Future (CYF) is a life-skills program for young people transitioning from out-of-home care. CREATE in ACT is hosting a CYF workshop “Call your shots” on Monday, 22 April.

More about CYF

As a youth program targeted at young people aged 15 to 25, CREATE Your Future provides valuable skills and knowledge to effectively transition from care into adulthood. Our CYF program includes workshops for young people, a grant scheme, a licencing program, and a website. The resources are designed to help all children with out-of-home care experience – whether coming from kinship care, foster care or residential care.
