CREATE’s Case Worker Awards will acknowledge excellence in casework for children and young people with a care experience.

Nominations are OPEN NOW and close at 5pm AEST 7th March 2022.
There is one winner per state, and a national overall winner.
All winners will be announced at the CREATE Voices in Action Conference, 26-29 April 2022.

So how do you nominate them?

All you’ve got to do is fill out the nomination form here and send it to create@create.org.au, or via mail to PO Box 105 Spring Hill Qld 4000. T’s and C’s apply and can be found within the nomination form.
