Transition to Adulthood Month (T2A Month) is a state-wide initiative in Queensland that shines a spotlight on the experiences of young people transitioning from out-of-home care and encourages communities, organisations and services to come together to support better outcomes. Throughout the month, CREATE Foundation will host and promote events, resources, stories and opportunities that help young people prepare for life after care and connect with the supports available to them.
