Since joining CREATE in 2012, she has led major rebranding, digital, and communication projects. Stef is dedicated to elevating young people’s stories and building a strong, authentic brand that drives impact.
Tameika is a passionate and creative professional who loves supporting and uplifting others. She joined CREATE in 2023, bringing over 24 years’ experience across social and community services. Tameika is dedicated to trauma-informed practice and making sure children and young people’s voices are always heard.
Alan brings extensive experience in advocacy, public policy and systems reform across government, the not-for-profit sector and international organisations. Prior to joining CREATE, he worked with governments and community organisations across the Asia-Pacific and Europe to advance transparency, accountability and community participation. Alan is passionate about inclusion, participation and ensuring young people’s voices drive meaningful change.
